The Highway Gallery by Louvre Abu Dhabi

The Highway Gallery is an innovative project developed by Louvre Abu Dhabi in celebration of the UAE Innovation month. It has been created to reinforce art’s role in elevating everyday life into something beautiful and memorable.

Find the Highway Gallery on your way to Abu Dhabi, along the E11\Sheikh Zayed Road.

How it works? Louvre Abu Dhabi masterpieces have been reproduced in giant 9x6 meter frames and placed along the highway.

For each piece, a special FM device will transmit a 30-second loop about the art piece: its title, artist, technique, context, and description. Tune in to any of our partner radio stations:

As your car approaches the Highway Gallery, experience each artwork coming alive through your speakers, and keep your eyes on the road
